Evening on Matador, Barbara Wolff. Mixed media, 4.55 m x 4 m The Premiums exhibition is a selection of the best contemporary work being produced by second year students studying at the Royal Academy Schools. This year, the show will highlight works by eighteen RA Schools students.
The exhibition, which provides an excellent opportunity to view new work by emerging artists, will include art in a variety of media including painting, sculpture, video and photography.
The students exhibiting in the show are: Caline Aoun, Joanna Bryniarska, Peter Busk, Nicola Carvell, Timothy Ellis, Nick Goss, Eemyun Kang, Julian King, Alex Knell, Alana Lake, Robert Leech, Jack Newling, Robert Pratt, Benjamin Pritchard, Catherine Story, Katherine Thomas, Barbara Wolff and Maria Zahle.
The RA Schools offer students the opportunity to develop their ideas and working practices on a unique three-year postgraduate course. Attracting students from across the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Asia and America, the RA Schools have established an international reputation, and are renowned for the creativity of their students.
